My A10s software update doesn't work.

Have you ever rooted the phone etc @Bake1 ?
Who supplied the phone i.e Samsung directly, a Network or imported ?
Perhaps try Samsung Smartswitch to update.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

BandofBrothers, I Don't know how to root phones, Phone may well have been imported and i have tried smartswitch several times.

I have done factory reset and still won't update. Just say's current software version isn't supported.
Security patch level: 1 December 2019.

Seems this phone was imported from Thailand , Any Ideas how i can update???
