My A10s software update doesn't work.
tried several times to update i keep getting this message.
Your current software version isn't supported. visit a service
Have you ever rooted the phone etc @Bake1 ?
Who supplied the phone i.e Samsung directly, a Network or imported ?
Perhaps try Samsung Smartswitch to update.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look.
