I what to give away my old samsung. If I do "Factory data reset - PIN - my samsung account login.." - Won't I delete the data from my Samsung account too?
Can I just rest all without entering my account ?

When you factory reset your phone.
All accounts and apps you downloaded etc will be removed from the phone only

Hi @Kataja20 ,I sign out of my Samsung and Google Accounts before trading it/selling/transferring. The accounts still exist but are just not associated with the Device. Before Factory Resetting it is advisable to take Backups. See some information here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062033/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Just log out of your Samsung account and back up your data. When adding to a new phone you will be prompted to sign in to your Samsung account on your new phone.
