My device is A34 5G. After a software update, my device's battery drains very quickly (from 100% to 10% in 20 minutes) and it becomes very slow/laggy. I realized it when i open my camera it became laggy not like usual. I tried a factory reset, and everything went back to normal but still laggy. However, after I restarted the device to replenish the lag after done restoring my data (just 300 whatsapp images and chats), the problem reappeared. I could factory reset it again, but it's too time-consuming and complicated, requiring me to go to various places, including the bank, to reactivate my mobile banking. Is it bug or something else? does anybody facing the new problem?
