A53 5g keeps freezing then restarting after one UI 7

My SM_A536U REV1 keeps freezing on any app and it restarts itself. It also gets REALLY hot near the top of the phone when this happens. Already tried hard reset, factory reset, don't know what causing it. This issue never occurs when plugged in

It actually does happen when plugged in, just less frequently.
