Charging

I have done the new update to my a15 last night. This morning tried to charge my phone up and now it won't fast charge. I brought new plugs and charging wires incase it was that and cleared the cache and reset my phone numerous times and still won't work. Fast charging is on in the settings. My phone has been charging since ten this morning and right now at 4.53pm its at 29%. Anyone got any solutions for this please.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing..

Now, have you checked if your wall plugs are 25W ? If so, have you checked for build-up dirt or dust in your phones USB port with flashlight, and cleanedit?

Sometimes, it could be the cable who might not be suitable or damaged.

Batterystats reset:
Open phones dialer Type *#9900# scroll down till you find Batterystats reset press on it see if that helps (I'll attached screenshots)
Make sure you disable autoblocker in settings beforehand.

Hi there thankyou for your reply I have done all them things you suggested and it's still the same slowly charging

Just to added the charger I'm using was fast charging last night. Did the update and now it doesn't do it.

That sounds a bit strange, may I ask what wall plugs your using is it above 10w?

Have you reported the issue in the app under the support section or run the diagnostics and if you did what diagnostics said?

Have you tried to turn off fast charging in settings and see if it charging faster ?

Last option would be to back up all the data and do factory reset.

Yeah my plugs are all above 10w. It was fast charging before I did this update. I have reported it just waiting to see what they say.
I've tured it off and it's still the same
Yeah I might have to and see if that helps at all.

Hi just to update you. I have factory reset the phone and it is still slow charging
