@Pamhammond There are KS10 Smart Watches but not a Samsung product and would not be an obvious choice for the S23,though possibly another model. Anyway if applicable app for that seems to be H Band and would need to connect via Bluetooth.

Just installed it and tried it on my S10, and it does the same for me: just closes when clicked on, and occasionally with this error message:
And looks like it's happened to a few folks since the end of 2022/beginning of 2023 judging from the reviews:
I can't tell if it's just with Samsung phones though. 😕
