@Pamhammond , It's a massive long shot, but I've sent an error report with log files via our Members app on this one to see if there's anything at all our developers can find or advise. With it being a non-Samsung app it's unlikely that there'll be much they can say other what we already know (i.e. the app doesn't work and to speak to the app developer), but in any case I'll let you know what I get back from it.
Might also be worth getting in touch with the KW10 manufacturer too: https://www.king-wear.com/page/contact . (I've sent them an email on the email address they've got there. No idea what it will result in, but I'll let you know if I do get anything back from it.)
