Okay so this morning my son's audio on his phone worked fine. He tried to connect to the blue tooth and all the sudden it stopped working. We turned blue tooth off, turned the headphones off, turned the blue tooth off on the computer. Still didn't work. I'm going to list now all the things I've done to try and fix this issue. I've checked the settings, checked the volume settings, checked the do not disturb, checked any and all connections, I checked the ports, I restarted the phone, I did a soft reset, and I did a factory reset. At this point I don't know what to do. My son is really upset and I'm really confused. Usually one of these methods would of given me some type of result. Also I checked the accessibility and the hearing enhancements. I checked also to see if it needed an update and it doesn't. The phone is relatively new, it isn't even 8 months old. He doesn't throw or slam it on anything either so I really am at a loss as to what could of caused this random issue. He has connected to the blue tooth tons of times before with no issue's what so ever.  If someone could please tell me how to fix this issue without having to give some cell phone repair place 100s of dollars I do not have.

Thank you very much to anyone that posts a reply I sincerely thank you.

If the device is 8 months old I imagine its still in some sort of warranty- where did you get the device from?

Being a factory reset didnt work something is definitely wrong. That being the last resort normally

We got it from walmart during a Christmas thing where they bought present's for my kids. I was hoping there would be a secret way to fix it but it's looking like it's not.
