Update not downloading

1st bugfix update of ui7 for a34 not downloading.
Progress is stuck at 1/2% and 00:00:31. Also forces the update installing setting page onto my face every time i try to exit it. Any ideas on what's causing this?

Server error when installing the update, you may have to try later to complete the action.

I have been trying later, this has existed for multiple days now and I doubt its a server error because a company as large as samsung would probably have it's servers back up within at least and hour of an outage

Ensure you have sufficient storage and at least 50% Battery remaining. Have you tried wifi and Data (Data only advisable if you have large allowance)You could reset the Network connections. However few encountered server errors previously that were eventually resolved. Does restarting Device make no difference, could try in Safe Mode but may not fix it. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

I have always had enough storage and battery
Always tried over wifi (don't have near enough data)
No idea how to reset network connections
Device restarts on a schedule and makes no difference
Forgot how to enter safe mode but will find a way to enter it and have a look

Oh right, to reset Network connections go to settings -General Management -Reset WiFi and Bluetooth. Can also search Reset and wil take you to General Mansgement. I have given link for Safe Mode.
