A71 fingerprint issue

Hello,

I have my A71 for few days now and I have scan 3 different fingers already and today I want to add one more but in settings - > Biometric-> fingerprint - > and there is no "add fingerprint" selection only list of my scan fingers and then Check fingerprint and that is it, no option for add one more .... Anybody has this problem?

Hi @Phobcz. Hope you're doing well. Can you please try removing one of the saved fingerprints, and then check if the option to add one is available?

Hello, yes if I remove one then I can add new one I was afraid of trying this because I didn't know if I will be able to add it again...

So that means that I can only register 3 fingerprints on A71 ?

As you have been able to add a new fingerprint once that you have deleted one of the three fingerprints saved this may be the case.
