There may have been some water ingress @moshesin affecting certain functions.
Turn the phone off and leave it in a warm place like an airing cupboard for a while to see if that helps.

Unfortunately water damage isn't covered by the Samsung Limited 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty so Samsung would most likely chatge a fee.
