Samsung a50 - how do I get back my volume from outgoing and ingoing calls?

Can someone tell me how do I get back my volume from outgoing and ingoing calls please

Whilst within a call use the volume buttons to increase the volume @Katz12 

Use the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to test your phone. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if required.

Can I ask
Does it make any difference if media , or notifications are turned down , will this affect the sound, also , should the blue tooth be on with WiFi please , I've clicked so many now not sure which is right ?
