Is anyone else having a problem upgrading on the upgrade program. I have now spoken to 5 different people and just keep getting the same answer we will pass it on and they will email u. I'm still waiting? I'm very frustrated about this 😕

I have done both on 5 occasions now, I just keep being passed from one to another. The email just comes up with they r unable to reply to emails at the moment and to use online support
