@jase1986: Do you have your Buds Pro connected to a mobile phone via the Galaxy Wearable app? If so, are both Buds showing as connected when you open the app?
If one of the Buds is showing as disconnected, place the affected Bud in the charging case and check the LED indicator. If it turns red, then green, please remove the Bud and repeat the process until the LED indicator turns red, and stays red. If you check the connection status on the Wearable app following these steps, are both Buds now showing as connected?
