Hi @fhgf A cuff based Monitor from the leading brands should be fine. Obviously your Blood pressure needs to be calibrated for the Galaxy Watch 4 to take measurements and then has to be redone every 28 days. I am using an Omron one I have had for a while. Some information in this video.

Blood Pressure measurements will not be as accurate and cannot be used for medical diagnosis. However can still be a useful guide. @fhgf: Further to the above, please take a look at the following link to find a step by step guide on calibrating your Galaxy Watch for use as a blood pressure monitor.

If you start to the scroll down the page until you pass the 'Find a Galaxy Watch that fits your needs' section, then you will see 2 tabs - Blood pressure and ECG. Make sure that Blood pressure is selected, then continue to scroll down to find the relevant steps.
