Samsung Health inaccurate sleep tracking

Hello.

I have a problem with Samsung Health sleep tracking on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and I don't know where to write - maybe I've set something wrong, maybe it's a bug, or maybe Samsung is just measuring sleep like this?

When I wake up, I still like to lie in bed, I check Facebook, Instagram, etc., I'm fully awake, I'm sitting up in bed, but Samsung Health only registers my wakefulness when I get out of bed, which could be after 40 minutes.
Problem last from very begining (from August).
Any clues?

"Health assist" - on
"Consent to the processing of health data" - on
"Permissions" - all on
"Heart rate" - every 10 min
"Blood oxygen during sleep" - on
"Snore detection" - always on
"Skin temperature during sleep" - on
"Inactive time" - off

Watch is always connected to smartphone via Bluetooth and WiFi.

Software version - L705FXXU1AKL1
Samsung Health version - 6.29.3.007

I get the same using the Galaxy Ring I think they actually prefer you actually enter manually when you go to bed and at what time you wake up, otherwise if you are not moving it just assumes you are sleeping

I had Galaxy Watch5 and it measured perfectly, but after switching to Galaxy Watch7 and now to Galaxy Watch Ultra I've noticed inaccuracy.

Hi.

Yeah it does that. Hence I promptly take my watch out and leave it on the bedside the minute I wake up.

I also have the habit of just putting it on charge after I wake up so kill two birds at a time.

Hope it helps your cause. 😊

I use the watch 6 for reference.

Kind of a similar issue I'm having. I've got the watch 6, all settings are on. Phone is set to charge at night and for some reason I'm not getting any sleep tracking. If I do its like for 1 hour here and there. Not a consistent tracking for some reason

I'm having the same problem. Even though I use the sleep option on the watch to manually set when I go to sleep and when I wake up, the app picks completely different times.
Very frustrating, at least when I used to use my fitbit I could manually change the time in the app.

I have the same problem with the galaxy fit 3

Also when I lying in bed and are doomscrolling it say I started sleeping but always wake up. Annoying.

It regularly gets it wrong on my galaxy watch 4. Thinks I'm asleep for the couple of hours I'm watching TV in the evening despite subsequently wandering around the house for 20 minutes before I actually go to bed. And then there doesn't appear to be a way to edit the sleep record to correct it. Useless.
