loud ringing noise on my left bud

hello it has been a week since i purchases the galaxy buds fe from amazon, it has been good but i have an issue the sound is very low on my left ear, and when ever i use noise canceling or ambient sound a loud ringing noise pops up and i couldnt find any fix. this only happend when a software update happened

If you suspect the buds to be faulty, you should consider getting a refund from Amazon. I recently had an issue with my Buds3 where my left bud went considerably quieter until it almost became inaudible. I had them sent to Samsung for repair, which they replaced as they were faulty.

I too experienced this issue. Honestly, I would suggest a return or repair.
