Watch4 body composition and ECG not working

Hi I've been having a problem with the body composition for a while now.

Every time I try it, I get a different error, such as "keep still" or " make sure watch is tight and try again" or "don't let your hands touch"... come on samsung make your mind up!!! ... so frustrating. I'm doing everything right. It used to work. I just tried doing an ECG too (where u also have to rest your fingers on the buttons) and that didn't work either, so I'm guessing it's something to do with touching the buttons?

The buttons do work fine, I've done diagnostic tests and it says they're normal.

I've tried tried and moist fingers, they don't touch, watch is tight up my wrist, arms are raised, I'm still. I've tried cleaning the sensors. 

Blood pressure works so it can't be the sensors ob the back either!!

I don't know what else to do!! Plz help someone.. its out of Warrenty now as well so can't even go down that route.

Typical Samsung for their products to degrade after a few years. Had problems with 2 sets of ear buds (on my third now- let's see how long they last... but hey that's for another post haha)

I have this sometimes sounds wierd but turn the watch onto the inside of your wrist (palm side of your hand) and wet your fingers so damp and it should work. Mine used to stop at 70% hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. Mine also stops on around 70%. Just tried what you said. Now I'm getting "couldn't measure. Check profile info such as height and weight" or something. Lol this is ridiculous. How many more excuses is this thing gonna pull out of it's *rse. Haha

the same for me, the body composition stopped working after I've updated to oneui 6, on previous version it was working like a charm. and also ECG now is very noisy
