Brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Health Monitor app is Missing!

As the title suggests, the "Samsung Health Monitor" app is completely missing from my watch (i.e. the one that allows you to utilize advanced functions like ECG, Blood Pressure etc.).

After I opened the app's page in the Galaxy Store on my phone, then proceeded to install it, upon running it for the first time it told me that "No compatible watch found". I did make sure that my watch was successfully connected to my phone via BT.

Clearly the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra is supposed to be compatible.

Could someone shed some light on this?

If relevant, my phone is an older Galaxy A71 running Android 13.

Hi, do you have the BP or ECG watch tiles ?
What country are you based and purchased the Watch from.

Mobile wise IIRC anything over Android 11 was fine.
Your Watch otherwise is connected fine to the A71 ?

Hey Obsydian, thank you for responding to my post.

To answer your questions, no I don't have either one of those widgets on my watch.

I am from Israel, but my watch's CSC shows it was imported from Saudi Arabia (SM-L705FDAAKSA).

Other than having the missing functionality everything else works without any issues. Watch connects to the phone just fine and I can control everything via the Galaxy Wearable app.

No problem best ask your local forum as this is a UK forum, but regional mismatches will cause an issue with these features as the require different market approvals
