Vertical lines come and go.

Hi, I have a Q7 series tv with the separate box for the tv inputs. It’s recently started to get vertical lines on the screen, these come and go. I’ve reset to factory settings, done a picture test. 
tv comes on, could be fine for 20 min then lines back, they also go again but could take a while. It’s about 7 yrs old now. 
any other ideas would be great.

Sorry, is no worth to fix. There need physical hardware repair. But simple question did screen been hit by something?

No viable economical solution unfortunately apart from start again. In 7 years tv technology has moved on so quick you can pick up some good deals if you look about

Thanks, to my knowledge nothing hit it, but I have 3 kids. Was thinking would it be worth it or not. No point in spending a load on it  thanks for the comment. 👍🏻

@Kopitedavo: Is the issue present on all channels and sources? If you unplug any external devices that are connected to the One Connect box, does the issue persist?

Fire stick , Nintendo, Apple TV all have it on different hdmi ports.

Yes everything plugged out and it remains.
