Hello,
I have this samsung tv that is getting old UN65H7150AF. We are trying to get crave app downloaded on it. But when we go to the app page and look for apps the pop-up says Server not found. Internet is fine, we can browse it on the TV. other currently downloaded apps work.
Is there a way to find our server?
or another way to download the app?

@michael friesen: Does the pop-up error only occur when searching for the Crave app, or is it persistent? If you head to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test, does this flag any issues with the Apps panel?

I can't even get to any apps that are not currently downloaded. I am not even searching for crave yet, just going to apps and looking for popular apps, and its showing the pop up before it shows any apps. Will run the diagnostics when I get home

I’m having a similar issue. I had the Blaze app. It’s no longer there. It’s not searchable. I can search for it via the internet and watch the program on line (on the tv) but not through the app. Am I missing something?

I have four Samsung TVs, two older TVs that use Amazon Firesticks to stream and 2 smart TVs. One of the smart TVs has been working fine for 7 years, the other for 3 years. All of a sudden, yesterday morning, both of my Smart TVs stopped working for streaming apps (None of the Streaming Apps Work). The two that use Amazon fire sticks work fine. All other devices in the house work fine. The error I get on the smart TVs is that Server is Undergoing Maintenance, Try Again Later. I spent over an hour with Samsung tech support yesterday. After all the resets, and attempts to get it working, they still don't work. They said they were going to escalate the issue. When you look at Network Status, it says it's connected to our WIFI AND to the Internet. When I monitor the device on my Routher Admin App, you can see it talking on the internet...it just can't find the Samsung server. Still waiting to hear back after they said they were escalating the issue.
