Black shadows / Lines to new TV (QN85D)

Hello everyone and Samsung Support,

I need your help as I face issues with my new TV. I have black shadows in the panel and Samsung Greece doesn't accept it as defect. But for me it's noticeable and cannot accept it. I informed them when it was in DOA. I hope Samsung UK can do sth for it.

Honestly I don't think there is anything "wrong" as I've seen quite a lot of Qleds with horrible backlighting. I have a samsung moniter similar. I would note, you could absolutely argue product not meeting expectations/ if you feel you've not received the quality assured.
