UE55MU7000 vertical lines on screen

Hi all, My MU7000 last night these lines appeared. They briefly went away when i turned tv on this morning but have now come back. Can any one help, Hope its fixable and not a new tv

looks like the panel is defect/dying.... repair would be expensive... New TV or insurance job.

Have you tried running a picture test on the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Picture Test.

Think it's still under guarantee so will try that route

Yeah and it still there on every picture

In that case it does seem that you'll need an engineer to come and have a look at the TV. You can contact our Audio-Visual specialists  between 8am and 8pm on 0333 000 0333.
