I just unboxed and set up my brand new Q90T tv.
Great improvement over my old one.
Connected to network, have no issues streaming other apps (Prime, Netflix) but have issue with Samsung TV Plus.
I get the guide and see the channels listed and what's currently playing, but picking one appears to try to load (spinning wheel at top right) but ends with error:
"There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung TV Plus channel. Check your network settings or try again later"
In past several hours, between yesterday and today one channel did play content when app loaded but cannot repeat.
Cold boot with remote
Cold boot removing power for 10 min
Reset Smart Hub
Removed extra apps (fitness)
Factory reset TV
Change DNS to Google's 220.127.116.11
Again... No issues with network connectivity (wired) and no issues with other apps.
Please help... It looked like it could be a great option to ditch cable
