QE55QN95DATXXU NEO QLED 2024
I've only had it two days, it was fine all day yesterday when I set it up, and all day today, it only this evening that these spots have appeared.
The screen hasn’t been knocked or pressed on etc.
The problem is I bought it direct from Samsung at the start of January, but we went on holiday, so yesterday was the first time I/we unpacked it.
you can only see them on certain colours, blue in this case, depending on what shade of blue it is, if you follow.
Sorry, the images are not very clear. I don't own a phone, and the camera I used is a bit low on pixels, Plus I have a tremour, so trying to hold something still is a bit challenging.
Anyway...what do you think this could be? They are not random, but uniformed, and not all over the screen more or less in the centre. I have also got slight vignetting, you can just make it out, no vertical bars or dirty screen.
If I need to ring Samsung, whish me luck with that, I've got some idea what to say it is to them.
I've got the setting on Movies. I haven't tried any other setting.
Thanks
I forgot to say, that is a still of a live TV advert. I could see them as the add was playing. (sorry about the lamp in the background, I should have turned it off really)

This is the visible backlighting of the screen with LEDs. This effect can be observed with a blue or cyan screen that uses blue LEDs for backlighting. When the screen is blue, pixel light scattering is minimized and bright dots are visible. Try reducing the backlight brightness, this should eliminate the dots.
