It will not progress past this stage during smart TV setup.
No error code appears. I have left it for a couple of hours and there is no change.
TV model is LT32E390SX/XU
All the software is up to date as I ran a chtck although the first two attempts said there were no updates to be made but when I tried again it said there was an update available that I actioned. Haven’t done a factory reset as was thinking of contacting support first
