i Have a 2020 QLED TV
pic. Download Center says usb upgrade is ver 2501.1. but when you download the .zip file , in the info.txt file ver is 2505.4 (which after looking around abit is the firmware version for Q70t , Q80t etc...) even though i downloaded 2501.01. now i have no smart hub or account because I can't register & the terms and conditions after factory resetting. I just find it odd that the website has one number and you download it and it's a number for a model further up could it be a mistake on samsung's part putting the wrong file link? I chatted with support they told me not to worry actually that was their exact words no worries well little worries as seeing the TV doesn't work anymore I've tried just about everything I could find I can't get the smart up to work even the support guy after an hour yesterday couldn't get it and the TV is definitely 2505.4'cause I can still get into about TV
