Tv plus is missing on my new TV TU 7000 2020

I just bought a Samsung TV TU7000 I want to find the TV plus app but no matter how many time I reset my smart hub or change region I still can't  find TV plus anywher.

Nope I'm not in those Regoin above. But I already change the DNS Reset smart hub for change region to US.

If you're prepared to possibly invalidate your warranty there are many guides on youtube/Internet how to enter the service menu.
Proceed with caution, take pics of EVERY page you enter before changing any settings.

Do you mean the blue Menu ? I’ve entered it twice, but I don’t which section that allow TV plus on the app.

I’ve check with Service center they told me the Tv plus has been cut off for My Series only available for Q series

It should say TV plus support - off/on.
What do you mean only available on Q series? It's available on most recent Samsung TV's.
My TV is a 7 series.

I've watched this video. The Service Menu in my TV is less option then in this video. And I didn't see the TV Plus function anywhere.
