Samsung TV Plus

I would like to use Samsung TV plus on my 43" TU8500 Crystal UHD 4K HDR Smart TV (2020) but there is no app pre loaded or an app on the app menu for it.  Does that mean my TV is not capable of running it or am I missing something. I thought this was available on Samsung TVs?

Hi @Members_kX3W18Q  Tv Plus should be available on all Samsung models from 2016 onwards https://www.samsung.com/Tv Plus  Is it definitely not available to download,it is usually preinstalled though?  check you have the latest firmware

@Members_kX3W18Q: If your TV is connected to a Wi-Fi network, then please press the Home button on the remote and head to 'Live TV > Channel List > Samsung TV Plus. You can also press the Home button > Scroll to the left > Source > Tap the Up directional button > TV > Samsung TV Plus.

Hi Andrew when I go to channel list it say FreeSat at the top and that is is no other options no Samsung TV Plus anywhere.  If I give TV option you can only click on it which goes to FreeSat and nothing else.

Firmware is uptodate infact it updated a couple of days ago.
