Got a one connect box with no power hence tv no power. under 2 years since purchase but out of warranty. Samsung wont book in, instead I have to call and book with authorised repairers. Has any one else had this issue?
Really poor service and hardware quality for £3000 plus television.

Yes, I have the same issue, 18 months old and Samsung refusing to honour the 5 year warranty as I “did not register in the correct place”
my one connect box is dead, looking online there seems to be issues with the power board perhaps, but would be good to know if part of a wider issue
