tv picture and sound break up/glitch but not when streaming

my tv is a UE46ES8000 and for the last 2 days after its been on for 15mins or so the picture glitches or breaks up and sound goes off its like a bad signal each time its about half a second if that, sometimes the screen goes black for a second or so, the longer tv is on the more frequent the glitches become. there are no lines like a flicker just a very quick break up of pic  and sound this happens on all 3 of my HDMI sources 1 is cable 2 is blue ray 3 is my console. But when I go to the smart hub on my tv and watch  BBC iplayer or Netflix through this it works perfectly also no issue if I stream from my phone to my tv, can someone please help?

Let's firstly check the current software version of your TV. Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samung.

checked for updates says im up to date 

I just find it odd my problem is on HDMI only as when i use the TVs smart hub to stream channels like netflix or bbciplayer sound and pic are perfect
