This tv was bought in 2022 , and has always been pixilated . I have tried updating the softwaré, swapped out the cables and box with another tv , reset to factory settings as well as going through all of the settings and picture options . It’s the same when I add a device via HDMI . The whole tv is pixelated all over on every channel , every streaming option. The home screens on menus look ok . I can’t take it back , as it was purchased in UK and it’s now in France . Can it be fixed or is it just a total waste of money on a substandard TV . We had to buy another TV to use as a temporary solution , the 300 euro TV is far better quality than this £3000 plus tv. I have tried contacting Samsung and no reply . I thought originally it might be the quantity of the WIFI signal , but we have fibre and it’s the same terrible quality .

Because I stupidly assumed that it must have been the lead or the connection or maybe the WiFi . I had it brought over to France with a removals company so not easy to get back to UK without a box in a car with the family . It’s not like an impact so assumed it was connection somehow . Just had fibre installed and swapped the box for another so 100% it’s the tv

@TB 73700 Have you experimented with all settings, for instance if you go to Settings - Picture - Expert Settings -Picture Clarity Settings and try from there. If on Auto which is generally the best option try a custom setting. see some further information here https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/qn900a-
though there are some variances with European models. Does disconnecting cables/switching off Tv at mains for a minute before reconnecting make no difference?
However as mentioned it has left a long time before seeking support.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
