Losing sounds on TV Streaming Apps

I keep losing sound on TV streaming APPs. I have a AU9000 75 TV. Anyone having similar problems? Picture is fine, but no sound after about 5mins. Anything I can do?

The other issue I am having is that BBC iPlayer keeps turning my TV off. Any ideas welcome.

Thanks. The issue only happens on IPTV Apps. Nothing else. I did not know if there was a setting that might need changing. The apps work fine on mobile devices.

Go to the TV's settings and clear the cache for the IPTV apps. Sometimes, accumulated cache can cause performance issues.

Ensure your IPTV apps are updated to the latest version. Updates often fix bugs and compatibility issues.

Some IPTV apps have specific audio settings. Check within the app to ensure everything is configured correctly.

Uninstall and then reinstall the IPTV apps. This can resolve any corrupted files causing the issue.

Make sure the audio format of the content you're watching is supported by your TV. Some IPTV streams might use formats incompatible with certain devices.

Ensure your internet connection is stable. You can run a speed test to confirm you have adequate bandwidth for streaming.

BBC player auto-off: Go to Settings > Eco Solution > Auto Power > General Off and disable this feature.

Sign out of your BBC iPlayer account and then sign back in.

Uninstall the BBC iPlayer app and then reinstall it.

If all else fails, it may be worth contacting support via Samsung/app developers.

With regards to the sound loss on IPTV, I have done all that you suggested, but still no joy. I have even tried using several different TV streaming apps but same result.
