Hi
I bought a QN88D Neo recently and have experienced image judder when using streaming apps.
The judder did not happen on my previous TV.
I'm UK based and using Virgin Media with a fast broadband connection. Both the media box and TV are cable connected to the router, not via WiFi.
I notice the judder using the streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime. But mostly on YouTube.
The judder can be with any time of action on the screen. Even when someone just moves their arm a bit.
The audio does not skip.
All picture clarity settings have been disabled.
Any ideas?

Hi @LastExit,
It sounds like you're experiencing some motion judder issues with your QN88D Neo, which can be a bit annoying, especially when streaming content. Here are a few things you could try to address the judder:
Motion Settings: Even though you've disabled most picture clarity settings, make sure that Motion Smoothing or Auto Motion Plus (or similar settings) is also turned off in the TV’s settings. Sometimes, these settings can cause unwanted effects, especially when streaming content that has a lower frame rate (like 24fps movies).
Check Refresh Rate & Frame Rate: The judder might be caused by a mismatch between the TV’s refresh rate and the frame rate of the content being streamed. Ensure that the TV is set to a refresh rate that matches the streaming content (for example, 60Hz for general content and 24Hz for movies). Some TVs can automatically adjust this, but double-check the settings to be sure.
Try disabling "Film Mode" or "MotionFlow": Some streaming apps can conflict with certain TV settings. If your TV has options like “Film Mode” or “MotionFlow” enabled, these might be causing the judder. Try turning them off and see if that helps.
Use a different streaming app: It could also be an issue specific to the app you're using (like YouTube). If possible, try using other apps or casting content directly from another device to see if the issue persists across all platforms. Sometimes, judder can be more noticeable on one app due to how it handles frame rate conversion.
Firmware update: Make sure your TV’s firmware is up to date, as updates are released from time to time to fix performance or compatibility issues.
Check Virgin Media box settings: Although you're using a fast broadband connection, there might be settings on your Virgin Media box that are influencing the streaming quality. Check if there are any settings that could affect the refresh rate or resolution output.

Thanks for your reply.
I can confirm motion settings are disabled, and not using Film mode.
I cannot see and option to set or see frame rates. Where would that be?
