Tap View not working

I have a brand new QN95AA tv and a Samsung Galaxy S10. I cannot get tap view to work at all. I enable it in Smartthings but nothing happens when I tap on the tv with the mobile. Has anyone managed to get this feature to work on a 2021 tv? Samsung Support can't help....

Mine doesn't work either.  I have the S21 Ultra and QN95AA and Tap View doesn't work at all.  

Then again neither does DeX or PC on TV. I've started to think that Samsung features are just a huge con and don't work.

I agree. Last time I'll buy a Samsung. They promise features that do not exist and support is *****.

Hi! I have the same story. Samsung galaxy a30 and 55tu8500u, nothing happening when i tap the phone on the TV.

Same here.. wireless dex not showing my monitor name.. tap view it shows pop up on mobile screen to start niw.. but then not connecting
