My 50” QLED tv has stopped working. It is not 3 years old. I have researched and found others have the same issue with this particular model at about the same age of tv. I would be grateful if anyone could acknowledge if they have had the same experience with this tv.
The picture on the tv just suddenly started going and then went altogether. Sound cut in and out as did picture after I plugged out and back in again . I’ve been informed regarding repairs that the cost of repair outweighs cost of tv! New tv needs to be purchased!!!
Not good for my pocket or the environment!
Have Samsung addressed this issue with this particular TV ?
