TV aerial socket broken

So I bought Samsung 77 inch TV and it is perfect apart from TV aerial socket that broke off on gentle pull 😳
Checking online I could see that this is common issue with Samsung.

question for moderators: how do we go about fixing this by Samsung?

Book a repair.
Honestly, I think they will classify it as accidental damage, which is not covered under warranty, unless you deem it as normal use.
