Hi all, hoping for some help/advice as I'm getting nothing from Samsung tech support.
The antenna socket has broken off of my One connect Box (SOC4002A). I just needed to disconnect the coax cable from the box, a reasonable activity I would suggest, and the antenna socket came off with the cable. Samsung Tech Support gave me 2 authorised repair centres neither of which will answer their phone and nor have they responded to email.
Is this something that can be fixed?
Would I be able to purchase a replacement part?
How do I find the part number for the antenna socket?
Does the connect box open easily or does it have tamper proof fixings?
Thanks in advance.....

Hi!
Is your problems solved? If yes how? Got the same with my 2019 the frame Connect box.

Hi,
I'm facing the exact same issue. The antenna plug broke off when I pulled the cable out, and Samsung is attributing it to a "user-induced" fault. Is unplugging an antenna cable considered a user-induced fault? It's evident that Samsung is refusing to take responsibility for their poor design and manufacturing. I've come across numerous similar complaints online about Samsung TVs with this issue. Are we all at fault?
I immediately noticed that the socket was weak when I first plugged it in, and the thin plastic seemed inadequate. Despite the poor quality and manufacturing , I assumed it was intentional, and the aerial lead was tightly locked into the TV aerial. However, when I unplugged it, the TV aerial came out attached to the end of the aerial lead.
I attempted to contact their service centre at 0300 303 1300 and waited for over 30 minutes on hold, only to eventually give up as it seemed like a futile effort.
I'm thoroughly disappointed with Samsung's customer service.
