I can't control my Samsung Smart TV volume (on remote or phone) after disconnecting from the Bose Bluetooth speaker. I have the "not available" notification appear after trying to use my volume controls. I can only fix it by an off/on at the plug socket.
The 'TV speakers' are selected in the sound settings. When I re-connect my Bluetooth speakers, the volume controls work normally on remote/phone.
Thanks for any help!

Hi and thank you for your response!
Yes, it did work. I am using a Bose SoundLink Revolve+ II Bluetooth Speaker as my primary speaker (not conventional I know, but it's doing the job nicely for me) but I occasionally disconnect it to use the internal speakers on the TV (QLED QE32Q50AEUXXU). It worked fine, but now when I disconnect the Bluetooth SmartThings device and switch the sound output to the internal TV speakers - my volume controls cease working on the remote/phone. Simply says "not available"
A hard reset from the sockets will fix the issue, and the volume works again on the remote/SmartThings app, but this isn't a convenient solution. It's weird.
I am not concerned about controlling the TV's internal speakers and external speakers' sound simultaneously or anything. It's just a volume control glitch issue that's causing my aggravation.
Thank you,

Hi, I have the same issue as mentioned above, only with some Anker soundcore bluetooth headphones. Same exact issue, lost tv speaker volume control after disconnecting the speakers. TV is a 55Q74A. Thanks to the OP for the disconnecting from the socket tip, I was going mad trying to solve the issue.
