Smart Remote Compatibility with TV Model RU 7100

I have Samsung 55" UHD 4K Flat Smart TV Model: RU7100. I want to use Smart Remote Control Model: TM1950A with my TV? Can anyone guide, will this remote work with my TV or not?

Hi @AyyazKhan ,

after checking the TV manual, I can see that this is only compatible with the standard remote so you wouldn't be able to use this with your TV. Find more about this at page 9 in this manual.

I saw this vide of an unboxing for an RU7100 which uses a smiliar smart remote to the one I have on my 2017 NU model.

I am able to turn my TV on and off with aBN59-01266A but when tryin to pair - I get a Not Available message on the screen.

It does not appear to be a genuine samsung remote but it worked fine on my RU7100. I am very pleased to be rid of the clunky remote that came with the TV

I have the Samsung UE75RU7105KXXC and want to buy a Smart Remote.

The Tv has bluetooth so it must work.

Does anybody know if the Samsung bn59-01310a works?

Hi all. I recommend checking the affiliated retailers below, searching 'Smart Remote' and checking the model number against the available options. Just to confirm, the bn59-01310a is compatible with the RU7100.

Just bought this smart remote and it works perfect with my Samsung UE75RU7105KXXC

All functions and buttons works like they should, very happy to get rid of the original remote.

The quality feels like original.

Hi! If you need just a smaller remote (not Smart, but looks like), try BN59-1259b, I bought this today and it works correctly with mine UE58RU7100

Hi! Did you bought original Samsung BN59-01259B or replacement controller? Everybody posts only about replacement and I don't know if original also works.
