Hi everyone. I have had the q70 for about 4 months and the last month or 2 the power on over HDMI does not work. I'm on the latest TV one ui update, I have unplugged the TV for an entire day and when I turned on my Xbox the TV powered on the one time and never again, I have also changed HDMI leads and unplugged everything connected to the TV and also factory reset it -nothing has worked, I have also tried my 4k player and xsx on another slightly older Samsung TV with no problems. Other notable behaviors are as follows. Turning off my Xbox or 4k player WILL power the TV off but never on. If I turn my Xbox on then use the TVs remote and press the power button on the remote the TV turns on, then quickly off also turning off the Xbox. I have also contacted Samsung support but got a non English speaker and she was reading from a script to say the least a very poor customer support experience. Can anyone help here before I have to return it ? Thanks in advance.
