I noticed that other people have posted support questions but no response from Samsung. Samsung, do you read FAQ’s from others?

Just to add that this is not Samsung Support (though some are under that impression), though in instances you will get very good advice here on fairly technical issues. The site is primarily for customers to help each other, there is some input from Moderators who are Samsung staff and at times can seek advice from more specialist support.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Further to what has been advised by @Glenntech and @JAMES4578, @Willco Electronics, while we are here to help and will weigh in/escalate as needed, the Community itself is not a QNA forum as such.
It is a busy, helpful Community, however, and the other users and Samsung Members Stars will do their best to point our users in the best direction.
