cannot reset samsung tv

I have tried to reset the tv but my 123 button says " Not Available'  doesn't show numeric numbers 

As to why i am resetting is i cannot get any Network too. I have tried resetting network and everything

I have tried many ways and im running out of ideas

Can anybody please assist

If you're still having issues after trying the above steps from @Lord_Shiva, could you please provide the full model code of your TV? You can find this on a label at the back of the TV.
