Samsung TV black cloud

I have a 58” crystal UHD tv and the screen has a black cloud that takes over. Tv powers off then on. The black cloud appears again. A never ending cycle. I’ve attached a picture. 

Do I contact Samsung support? The TV is 2 years old. 

Let me know next steps as I’ve already done the power cycle reset. No luck.

Hi @Vince_Barber, it does appear your TV will require an inspection to determine what steps to take to get it working. You can arrange this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Hi @Vince_Barber  Do you have the AU8000? I've got the 50inch version and it's done exactly the same thing. It is also 2 years old.

same thing is happening here , have a QLED 50 inch Quantum. big black cloud then turns on and off again , tried to reset etc and all the trouble shoot , no joy , it’s less than two years old , apparently i my has a 1 year warranty , cost almost 700 euro
