For some reason we can’t get Amazon prime video as of yesterday, get error code 9345, have tried all reboots of BB router, refresh app, checked for updates, account is fine, works on iPad. So it’s something related to Samsung TV which is 65” curved is causing issue. Any ideas?

Thanks, I checked that and it does seem to flash up as being possible issue but mine was fine . The issue was fixed by setting the Smart Hub, this forced a re log in of all the apps and fixed the Issue.
