Q80t with denon x3800H. The tv will not recognize the AVR. My only choices are optical or TV speakers. The AVR plays audio on both options but does not play correctly. No hdmi control, no atmos, nothing…. Bonus I have to turn on then off them on the EARC option on the tv to hear the audio when I power on the tv. Every time. That’s not how it should work.. before you ask.. yes to all of the following. Certified high speed hdmi, hard resets. Soft resets. Factory resets. The only thing that has worked is trying a different TV. So it’s not the AVR or the cables. It’s the TV. Any bright ideas?
