Hi, I am unable to connect the tv to wireless. When I click network settings, there is START & CANCEL menu to proceed to search networks. But the start menu is greyed out. Can anyone help me or had similar issue? I even did reset the TV twice and is the same. Please see the image attached.

You need a lan connection or a Samsung wireless dongle to connect wirelesly.

@Jan1995: The user manual states, "In order to connect your TV to your network wireless, you need a wireless router or modem and a Samsung Wireless LAN adapter (WIS09ABGNX or WIS12ABGNX), which you connect to your TV’s USB port. Samsung Wireless LAN adapter is sold separately and is offered by selected retailers."

Hi Andrew, we connected the wireless USB. We had it plugged to the tv since a long time. But still it's the same

Hello, USB is connected and we were watching the tele with the same USB...it just stopped working all of a sudden

Same for me it isn't letting me press start. I have a wireless lan adaptor but it still doesn't work .
