Samsung ue40es5500 Samsung Apps (New)

I seem to have a new version of Samsung Apps which has no apps which I recognise (UK).

I can't find any of the on-demand services: BBCiplayer, Stvplayer, All4, My5 or youtube.

I've tried resetting the TV, the smart hub and the network but just get the same foreign sounding apps and home screen looks completely different to my other Samsung ue406500.

Is my 5500 now obsolete or has anyone got a solution.

Hi, I had a similar issue with my my crystal uhd, nearly 4yrs old now. Anyway I cleared the cache, un plugged it from the wall socket (30 secs) and all was OK again, apparently it needs a hard reset which by completely disconnecting it from the power socket achieved it. Worth a try
