Hi, could anyone help me please.
I have recently moved and plugged my samsung tv in and it is only displaying screen connect one connect box. I can’t remember ever connecting it to a box when using it previously - if there was a box it must have got lost in the move - is there anyway for the tv to work without a box please? Thanks

Hi @Larryt
The One Connect box is in effect the 'brains' of the TV and therefore, you're TV will not operate without it being connected, we're afraid. Could it have been packed away somewhere safe during the move?

do you know if I can get a replacement and how to get the correct model please?

We'd suggest having a word with one of our TV/AV specialists directly, @Larryt . You can call them on 0333 000 0333, Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm, Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm. Hope this helps!
